Be Rapt accepts VISA, MasterCard and JCB credit cards. We also accept Switch/Maestro debit cards. We do not accept cash or cheques.

These credit card companies require that the servers of all internet merchants comply with the credit card companies' PCI data security standards. This includes regular scans of our servers to confirm they are not vulnerable to attach. You can shop safely knowing that our website is certified as fully compliant with these standards.

gift certificates

Be Rapt gift certificates are available in denominations of £25, £50 and £75 and will not be taxed. To purchase a gift certificate, simply click on “gift certificate” at the bottom of any page. Enter your name and any message you would like included with the gift certificate and choose the amount of the certificate. Enter the name of the recipient and then chose whether you would like the gift certificate send by email or mail, complete the address details for whichever option you have chosen and click add to bag. You will then be taken through the ordering process as detailed below in “how to order”.

To redeem a gift certificate, select a gift and begin the ordering process. On the checkout page, select the “redeem a gift certificate” button. Click continue and you will be taken through to the Order Summary page to enter your unique gift certificate number in the box at the bottom of the page. If you are happy with your Order, click Submit Order. If the value of your gift certificate is more than your order total your order will be complete. If the value of your gift certificate is less than the order total, you will be returned to the checkout page to pay the balance of the order by debit/credit card. Make sure the debit/credit card option is selected and then click continue to proceed through to checkout to view your updated order summary. Click Submit again and you will be directed straight to the Be Rapt secure e-commerce payment gateway to enter your credit/debit card information. Be Rapt does not store or process credit/debit card information on this site.

After ordering, you will receive two email confirmations from Be Rapt. We will send you a confirmation email detailing the exact order received shortly after it is placed. This is your invoice; please print it for your records. We will also send you a confirmation email when your order is shipped.

how to order

You've found the perfect gift? Great, now simply click on the item name or image and follow the instructions below:

1) Enter product information
You are now on the product information page. Here, you can choose the quantity and, if relevant, the color, size and other attributes of the gift, including whether you want to have the gift placed in one of our signature red gift boxes. It is also at this point you may chose to personalize your gift with a monogram, name, date or personal message. To personalize a gift, you should enter the relevant number of characters in the order in which you would like them to appear, including capitals, spaces and punctuation as appropriate. When you have finished entering, click the Add to Bag button.

2) Review order
You are now on the Shopping Bag page and you can review all the items you have placed in your bag and information about each item. Here, you can also remove an item from your bag or clear your bag and start again. If you wish to continue shopping, click the Continue Shopping button. If you have finished selecting items, click the Proceed to Checkout button.

3) Log in
You are now on the Login page. Be Rapt uses passwords to provide secure transactions for its customers. If you are a registered customer, enter your email address and password and click Submit. You will be returned to the Shopping Bag page where you can continue shopping or click the Proceed to Checkout button to continue through to the Checkout page.

If you are a new customer, please register now. You will need to enter your billing address details on the My Profile page. When you click Submit you will be taken to the My Account page. If you are short of time you can click on the Proceed to Checkout button to continue through the checkout process. If not, you can take a look at some of the services, such as gift reminders and order tracking, that we offer to make your gift giving experience as easy and enjoyable as possible. When you have finished, click Proceed to Checkout and you will be returned to the shopping bag page where you can continue shopping or click the Proceed to Checkout button to continue through to the Checkout page. 4) Checkout
You are now on the Checkout page. Here, you will be asked to enter your shipping address details, choose a shipping method, your payment method and enter a gift card message (optional).

Your address details will automatically appear as the shipping address. To ship your gift directly to your gift recipient simply chose a name from the drop down box or enter their shipping address details and click Add to Address Book. If you need to update an address in your Address Book, simply enter the new details and click Update. For detailed information regarding shipping and returns, click here.

If you wish to use a gift certificate, click the “redeem a gift certificate” button. Click continue and you will be taken through to the Order Summary page.

5) Confirm your order
You are now on the Order Summary page. This page gives you a summary of your order. Here, you can review your total order for accuracy. If you are redeeming a gift certificate you should enter your unique gift certificate number in the box at the bottom of the page. If you are happy with your Order, click Submit Order.

If you are not redeeming a gift certificate you will be directed straight to the Be Rapt secure e-commerce payment gateway to enter your credit/debit card information.

If you are redeeming a gift certificate and the value of your gift certificate is less than the order total, you will be returned to the checkout page to pay the balance of the order by debit/credit card. Make sure the debit/credit card option is selected and then click continue to proceed through to checkout to view your updated order summary. Click Submit again and you will be directed straight to the Be Rapt secure e-commerce payment gateway to enter your credit/debit card information. Be Rapt does not store or process credit/debit card information on this site.

If the value of your gift certificate is more than your order total your order will be complete.

6) Process order
The last step is entering your credit card information. Here you will be asked to enter your credit/debit card information where prompted to complete your order. When you are finished, click Confirm Order.
